The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.3 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change. bcb88d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bcb88d is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players in Malaysia are advised to be aware of applicable local laws before registering. bcb88d makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from a Member's breach of local law.
2.5 KYC Verification. bcb88d is required to verify the identity, age, and address of its Members. You agree to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of address upon request. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bcb88d will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
3.1 Credentials Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bcb88d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bcb88d customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bcb88d will investigate all reported incidents but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.3 Shared Devices. You are advised not to use the "Keep me signed in" feature on shared or public devices. bcb88d accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a Member's use of shared devices or public internet access points.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bcb88d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods (subject to change): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All MYR transactions are processed without conversion fees for local Malaysian payment methods.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. These thresholds may be adjusted by bcb88d from time to time with notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for local e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. bcb88d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. You warrant that all funds deposited to bcb88d are free from any criminal origin. bcb88d operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bcb88d reserves the right to request additional verification where payment methods differ.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by bcb88d are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bonus bet limits, and expiry periods. These terms are published on each relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement.
5.2 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are offered on the basis of one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
5.3 Cancellation of Bonuses. bcb88d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time where it has reason to believe the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, or where technical errors have resulted in incorrect bonus credits.
5.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. bcb88d clearly states wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates on each promotion page. Free spins winnings are subject to any wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms.
6.1 Game Availability. bcb88d reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game in its catalogue at any time without notice. The unavailability of a particular game does not entitle any Member to compensation.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or wager (including server errors, disconnections, or display errors), bcb88d reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's account. bcb88d's decision in such circumstances is final.
6.3 Obvious Errors. bcb88d is not liable to honour bets placed at odds or with game parameters that were clearly the result of a technical or human error. Any winnings resulting from such errors may be voided at bcb88d's discretion.
6.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on bcb88d are governed by additional sportsbook rules, including settlement rules, event cancellation policies, and live betting guidelines, which are published separately within the bcb88d sportsbook section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bcb88d. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:
8.1 Suspension by bcb88d. bcb88d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
8.2 Balance on Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, bcb88d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where termination is not for cause, any real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method following completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.
8.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting bcb88d customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed as described in Section 9 of this Agreement.
bcb88d is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on both bcb88d and its Members.
9.1 Self-Exclusion. Any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked and bcb88d will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the Member from opening a new account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
9.2 Deposit and Session Limits. Members may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) and session time limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.
9.3 Reality Checks. bcb88d provides session time notifications to inform Members of the duration of their gaming sessions. Members are encouraged to use this feature to maintain awareness of time spent gaming.
9.4 Underage Gaming Prevention. bcb88d is committed to preventing access by persons under 21. It is the responsibility of all account holders to ensure that minors do not access their bcb88d account or gaming device. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to online gaming platforms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bcb88d platform without the express prior written consent of bcb88d.
11.1 Platform Availability. bcb88d does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcb88d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bcb88d platform — including any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, bcb88d's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their bcb88d account in the three months preceding the date of the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. bcb88d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, cyberattacks, government action, power failures, or internet service disruptions.
bcb88d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy in full before registering.
bcb88d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the bcb88d website. Where amendments are material, bcb88d will endeavour to provide Members with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the bcb88d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bcb88d holds its applicable international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact bcb88d customer support to seek an amicable resolution. bcb88d will use best efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process specified by bcb88d's licensing authority. Members in Malaysia are reminded that online gambling is subject to local legal considerations and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable Malaysian laws.
